Summary: This bill amends the Sports Wagering Act by requiring the Illinois Gaming Board to levy fees, surcharges, and civil penalties, and deposit all funds into the Sports Wagering Fund. Additionally, the Board must adopt rules for occupational licenses which will require an annual fee of $250. The Board must also require licensees to share certain information, such as wagerer amounts, wager types, and locations, with the Board in real-time. The Board also has the power to prohibit certain types of wagering upon request. Furthermore, the Board and master sports wagering licensees may cooperate with investigations conducted by sports governing bodies or law enforcement agencies.
